karunya is a great singer. i feel so bad when he doesn't come in the top three. he's such a great singer who has proved more than once that he's good but i just dont understand why people dont vote for him.

It is natural for one to vote for the one from their town. People feel proud of the son of their town.

It is absolutely correct for people to vote for people from their own region.
It is just that people from south don't watch hindi channels that much, thats all. And Karunya is getting votes from other places as well and thats why he has survived in the show so far.
If he proves his mettle, he will go further .
I have friends from north and specially punjab who are voting for Karunya like crazy. And for that matter, I know a few Amey fans right on this forum, who vote for Karunya as well as Amey, because they hate to see a good talent go away from the show. If there was regionalism would Amey and Meenal fans vote for him the way they do?
Please think about it and don't say things that might hurt thier hearts and stop them from voting.
Please do understand genuine music lovers from other regions are voting for him as well as thier own favs.

krunya is one of the strongest contestant of da indianidol.. karunya antara nd amey deserves to be top 3.
i became huge fan of him after listening his "laye ve nagar".so i always feel he is da best in II-2.
but donno y he is getting less votes though he is a swt guy with a good attitude.
i have a gut feeling this time he will be top.coz last nit his performance was da best. 👏 👏 👏

He is an excellent singer.
However, I feel he is no one's favourite/No. 1 singer....that is why he is not amongst the top vote getters..... similar to Rahul Saxena in II and Sharib in SRGMP!!
Plus, he is from southern india where these shows are not very widely watched!

Its bad luck for KARU that in SOUTH INDIA, ppl don't watch the show as much as in north. As preeti said, If its not favorism, why do we see good & talented singers loose out to mediocore singers?

I know that there are a small percent of public who do support good talent, but thats get nullified when you look at the majority favoring there own home town contestant.

But i am sure with todays results, the real talented singers are recognised..

there is a reason that he is from south nida he gets low votes. but as far as i have watched the show people vote for him whenever he performed good like in the piano round when he sand the punjabi song he was no1 in votes and i became his greatest fan and even when he sang kawa kawa he was safe.
so he should peform very much better than his peformance from the first round then people will vote for him he has to keep up with the expectation of the people and his yesterdays song was ausome and i am sure he will be safe today.
