i believe tht karanuya has not been given his due credit wat he deserves...he came in bottom 3 many times... thts bad for a singer of his callibre...he sings beautifuly wid feel n full induldgin power...hope ppl understand it n vote for him.....he's jus a cute innocent guy wid beautiful voice....

Karunya is really good singer and he deserved much better treatment in Idol contest.It hurts when you see singer like him in bottom 3.Hope karunya in top 3 for this round .

Well said...If he would have been from North India Instead of South...he definitely would have gotten credit by this time...These shows apart from Talent also showed us that REGIONALISM STILL EXISTS which so many not only argue and deny that it exists ......BUT IT STILL DOES...... we have seen this in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa in Zee TV and slowly but surely we get to see that here in a different way. This is not going to be as bad as Sa Re Ga Ma Pa...as this will only run for 3 months...where as the other one ran for like 8-9 months now... Not sure when people realise...that they ALL belong to the same country for which they are voting for...

It is not regionalism.
It is natural for one to vote for the one from their town. People feel proud of the son of their town.
Nothing wrong with that.
It is absolutely correct for people to vote for people from their own region.
It is just that people from south don't watch hindi channels that much, thats all. And Karunya is getting votes from other places as well and thats why he has survived in the show so far.
If he proves his mettle, he will go further .
I have friends from north and specially punjab who are voting for Karunya like crazy. And for that matter, I know a few Amey fans right on this forum, who vote for Karunya as well as Amey, because they hate to see a good talent go away from the show. If there was regionalism would Amey and Meenal fans vote for him the way they do?
Please think about it and don't say things that might hurt thier hearts and stop them from voting.
Please do understand genuine music lovers from other regions are voting for him as well as thier own favs.

i agree! he's a very good singer! he's got immense talent! but because he's so good he hasn't been out even though he has been in the bottom three a few times.

karunya is one of the best singer indian idol can produce. and i think he is definetely going to be in top 2 along with amey. so i dont understand why people are not voting for him . if he is out this week than i am going to be heart attack and i dont want to have heart attack so soon coz i already had one when monali got voted out. 😳

I think Karunya will be in top 3 this time, as he sang soo beautifully today...Just like Farah, I wished he could go on with his singing 😛 He will be in top 3 with Amey for sure...
