The Third Guy in Riddhima's life

I have been wondering how the CVs are going to get out this self-created mess and then I remembered that I had read somewhere that a third guy is going to come in and make Riddhima realize who she really wants to be with....And it struck me that for a while both Sid and Armaan are going to go away...and it would be perfect timing for Aniket(Tamanna's fiance) to check into the hospital and be Dr Riddhima's patient...maybe he will tell his story of how his Fiancee (Tamanna)loved someone else and it is important to let her go....eventually he will spill the beans about Sid and Tam..and maybe they will all try and get back to their "Pehla-Pyaars"..after many twists and turns ofcourse!

God knows..this is just a wild guess...I am not against anyone..so please no negativity...Thanx.
