Is anyone even in the mood for the Finale next week??
The finale has been soo hushed and hurried this year.

First of all today's episode in NO WAY looked like a precursor to the finale, I think it was below average than even the normal episodes. There was no hype, no special performances, and that group performance was not the most impressive! It looks like they had very little time for preapartion.
Also this season the contestants didn't visit their hometowns, I mean it's not compulsory that they visit, but it creates that celebration mood for the audience.
And then the finale is on a Friday, they really messed it up here😡 if they didn't want to compete with IPL, they could have extended the show by one week and then out it on Saturday. How are people outside of India suppose to watch it live now on their tv's, becuase it will be too early on in the day here in Canada/US and most of us will be at school or work.

I feel like this season the show has been going downhill in general. Aside from a few exceptional dancers and a few exceptional performances, the rest of the show has been average and not at all up to the mark. I like the show so much better Season 1 because it was NATURAL and there was no drama.
Mithun dada's constant 'kya baat' and grand salute to every performance is becoming a joke. He has yet to say anything bad about any performance and while that may be considered sweet, I find it slightly annoying. He should be a guest judge then and not the 'grand master'.
And yes todays performances were ridiculously below par. Shakti's performance was the only one that I mostly enjoyed but even then nothing at the standard of FINALE. Binny's performance was a joke today. It was like she came for tryouts 😕
They seem to be gearing up more for Little Masters and are trying to wrap up DID2 as fast as they can. At this point I myself have lost interest and really dont care who wins.

I knowww! I was thinking the exact same thing! I am not even excited for it this year! I am excited for the old contestants' performances but not the real top 4. Really weird and boring this week was.
I don't know. It wasn't exciting. I felt like it was a waste for me to wait for the time to strike at when DID comes on tv. :| It was really boring and rushed. This is not like what it should be.

I feel there was no competition this year..Focus was on D-Sir all the way from Day 1. Last year's dances were amazing. I still remember Salman/Alisa's "Masakali" dance. Terrence's choreography was so damn good last year. This year, I felt he focused too much on Shakti, and he lost all other good dancers in the beginning itself. Kruti was so good. The same applies to Remo too. he wanted to work with D-Sir, but Geeta Maa stole D-Sir. Too much drama-sama

Adding to all this, IPL is not helping Zee people too. They just want to leave now!!..

Actually I wud agree to disagree on this ....I liked this year's contestants more than last year. I felt there was less competitiveness this year until the past week or so. The contestants up until two weeks ago were very 'nice' and appreciative of each other and enjoyed a great camaraderie. Its only since the past two weeks that the sense of competion has gotten to them and u can see the divisions. Last year they were too competitive to begin with.

I think this year too there have been some very memorable performances which were a shade or two better than last year's......the concepts were better and executed to a higher degree of perfection. One of my most favs was Shakti n Parvez's dance on either side of the wall! Then the Salsa number between Shakti n Punit was awesome too. Then there was the aerial act by GTG, was terrific and today's performance by Punit n Shakti were outstanding too. There were some others too...... So I perfer this year contestants but will agree tht the contest on the whole was better last year, This year some things were sooo passe....Dada's Kya baat....has lost its appeal. He shud have come up with something better, And the whole 'act' b/w dada and Jay is stupid and boring!! I also agree that there is no excitement abt the GRAND FINALE!! I REALLY DON'T CARE WHO WINS.....coz my mind has already decided for me who the real winner is ! And yes they seem to be bored too....so are wrapping this up in a hurry.....maybe the TRP's are not so gud in the past weeks....IDK but its lost its charm and there is not tooo much hype either!! Anyways,,,,,its makes for gud entertainment and its great to see that we have some awesome dance schools and amazing choreographers and sooo much talent yet to be tapped!!

THis years " drama" has been too predictable..even the ending is going to be no different!
I just cant wait for this season to get over and move to a better show.

The better contestants were eliminated way too early! Only if ZEE knew how to work their charm and make the "competition" more competitve rather than whipping up soap opera drama. Truly a disappointment .. each and every week. Not too excited for the finale as i'd usually be, but willing to see what there's to offer this season =] .. I'm more excited to see Parvez than anything else xD

I think it is good they are warpping it fast. If contestants could not give anything new in these many what can they give in couple of more weeks. All are excelling in one style and failing in other styles.
