Now DMG has sped up its storyline. It took Riddhima 2 months to disclose her marriage, but it will take Sid 2 days to divorce her.
Sid was shown initially as a normal youngster, who had the courage to help someone in distress, despite of his personal differences, he stood by her in bad times to the extent that He decided that he will marry Riddhima. That was very courageous and showed strength of ones character and really left a good message to the young viewers.
After his marriage, he has turned into a very abnormal youngster ,180 degrees opposite, no courage to tell his MOM, misbehaved with his wife, although occasionally trying to show him to be normal, but what have they highlighted his lack of trust in his wife. He could stand his wife go through all the humiliation in front of his colleagues and hospital staff. He lost all the strength of his character. He never took the responsibility of trying to enhance his relationship, instead played tricks on his wife, who clearly told him that she wants to be with him.
What a character??... . developed by the CVs. Now he is almost pimping his wife to his colleague who was her first love and now even Armaan agrees that she should stay with him. This character has been distorted to a level where he cannot be recovered. I wonder all his life, he will always want to please his wife, and she can sleep around with whosoever she will feels happy with. This character who cannot differentiate between what is boundary of a relationship is highly unscrupulous, should never be portrayed, especially when you are building a story for the youngsters.
The CVs are doing best to make fun of themselves in every possible way. They are struggling like a magician who could not impress people, he wanted people to remember him as the greatest magician but his tricks were mediocre . He tried everything, in that, one day he killed himself thinking it would be his best trick. But he was remembered as a failure!
They have the characters-in-the-closet approach. (I have figured this out!) Take the character out of the closet, make it say anything and then put it back in the closet. No strings attached. They can alternately show the same thing by using the ticker-tape or subtitles or as Breaking news during the show.
Yesterday Sid's Mom came out of the closet just to add another twist in the story. Is she is not in touch with Sid and Su at all? Instead they could have used this:
BREAKING NEWS: SID's Mom met Riddhima and told her Modi khandan ki izzat tumahre haath main hai.
Nana who was shown admitted in the hospital when Sid's Mom was admitted, suddenly reappears on the show.
With so much of extra load on Sanjeevni, the interns are frolicking around. And the way JP and Jiggy are "physically" behaving with Su, is very enlightening.
These are the same interns, who, I guess on special days of the month, suddenly become worried about Sid and Riddhima, and the way they "tricked" Sid and Armaan to go on the terrace, and the way JP is behaves while helping Riddhima, is far from humorous.
Then the scene on the terrace, Armaan and Sid they enter the terrace calling her name, worried, and but quickly understand that they have be brought together , instead of rushing back to their tasks at hand, decide to avail this opportunity to talk it out like gentlemen. Today, Sid appeared like a 5 year old who wants to give his favorite toy to his new friend. He was insisting. Does he not really understand what is meant by marriage? Has he no 'ghairat' for his wife, I would not be surprised if the CVs twist the track to solve this problem, in that Riddhima will split her time between the two on weekly basis.
It was true 'gay-love' between the two. They showed immense interest in each other's happiness. I guess both are now having second thoughts about taking the responsibility, and now trying to convince each other that "you deserve her more".
Following scenarios come to mind:
1. Armaan and Sid saw a DVD player, on sale in the Shopping Mall and Sid bought it first and when Armaan went to the shop to buy it, they were out of stock and now how it goes between them:
Armaan: Yaar main woh DVD player laine gaya tha lekin woh out of stock tha.
Sid: Bhai main jab gaya tha aur eik hi piece para tha, main ne toh foren lay lia.
Armaan: Wah yaar, main nay bahut pehlay se dekh rakha tha, socha tha ke kabhi bhi lay loon ga.
Sid: Cheez to achi hai.
Armaan: Zabardast hai, laiken shayad mere naseeb main nahin thi.
Sid: Pareshan kyun hotay ho, mere wala lay lo.
Armaan: Nahin yar, waisey bhi out of stock hai, pata nahin ye model milay na milay.. rehnay do
Sid: Nahin yaar, tum ne kab se dekh rakha tha, tumhey pasand bhi ahi, toh tum hi lay lo.
Armaan: Nahin yaar tumhara haq hai uss per.
Sid: Nahin yaar, main to waisay hi lay aaya tha. Main to bahut kum movies dekhta hoon, tum to toh har raat ko dekhtay ho.
Armaan: Phir bhi bari zabardast cheez hai. Tumko pasand aayegi
Sid: Fikr na karo, bilkul naya hai, untouched hai, abhi dabba pack hi hai. Main nay to dabba khol kar bhi nahin dekha.
2. Two young boys were fighting over a bag which they found in the street. Each claimed it to be his, meanwhile police came and they said who is the owner of the bag?
They both claimed the ownership, and the inspector said, "please hurry up and decide who is the real owner of this bag.." they both argued with each other for the ownership.
inspector then said "whosoever is the owner between you two, stole from the shop over there."
They both started "it is his!, It is his!!!"
3. But what happened today was pure a courtesy call. The people from Lucknow are famous for theircourtesy. Remember the famous incident where two gentlemen from Lucknow while boarding the train were showing the courtesy to each other. "pehlay app!", "pehlay app!", the train moved out and they were left on the station.
Armaan and Sid were offering the custody of Riddhima to each other, getting Rid-of-ma (both meri-riddhima and meri-ma) and then as planned Riddhima came just in time to hear them and they both lost her.
I really wished that instead of wasting so much time, they should have gone for the toss of coin, whosoever lost the toss would have to take Riddhima.
In fact if there was anything good on DMG, it was initially AR track, and then SR track was built up in the wake of AR track where they very nicely recovered Riddhima. Now as of today they have twisted both the relationships to an extent (in fact they have snapped!!) of mistrust and pain that in all reality it can never be the same between AR and SR. All there is left for the CVs is to now live with the interns and kiss their TRPs goodbye!!!
