The fourth annual Star Parivaar Awards 2006 kicked off with Aa Taiyaar Hoja (the nomination party), which had all the Star Plus serial characters making merry. The event was held at the Goregaon Sports Club on Saturday. In keeping with this year's theme of shaadi, all the actors were dressed in their bridal best. This is the first in the series of events related to the Parivar awards, which will be followed by the Gharati vs Baraati, the hunt for the Sabse Bada Fan and the baraat which will lead to the main awards function.
