Now that the shackles are gone-why the tears?

I didnot understand the concept of shackles-

Is Ridhima bound by anything at all?Is Sid imposing his right on her?Is
Arman after knowing that she is Mrs.Modi pursuing?What is pulling her
and where?



I think the only thing that pulls her is her confused mind.
Does she go
for her love or for the bond she developed with her hubby?

Many people would say that the marriage is the bond -the shackles
binding her,stopping her from pursuing her love.And if that is true then
the shackles have broken-Sid has given Ridhima a divorce notice(which
is legally not valid but anyhow thats not the point to ponder upon)-she
is now totally free-of bondage-of the bond that tied her down to Sid-and
the beauty of the thing is that she doesnt even need to feel guilty at
ditching Sid cuz he is the one ditching her.

She can now move on and happily join her love who is right there waiting
for her.



But yet she does not seem happy-she seems broken.She is angry and
hurt.Why?Because the shackles she should be cursing has been broken?

That doesnt make much sense now does it.?



I am not going to write a thesis but I would really appreciate if
everyone tells me why Ridhima is sad at being set free?

All I will say is praise the lord that Siddy handed the divorce papers to the enigma known as Ridhimma. 👍🏼 I don't think after this anyone can accuse Sid of tieing her down to the so called compromise marriage.

i guess...its more or less the disappointment that even after having given everything a person had, to a relationship ..even after sacrificing true love for it ...u try and try to fulfill your moral obligation and commitment ....and still not able to make it......she in her mind had decided that staying with her hubby was the 'right' thing to do....and definitely that not happening was going to cause grief.....
