well said..westwick India does have corruption and judicial delays bt am sure so does the US of A or any other 'law abiding country' as u put it..the show is a joke when it comes to research abt the plots...am sorry abt tht comment bt its a fact..there have been n number of scenes which were over dramatised and not in touch wid how the issues are dealt wid in real life..
I don't know if this was said in jest but beg your pardon, it was not a very nice thing to say. We all know about the legal delays and law-breaking in India but let's not talk about how law abiding the US is - did you miss the recently revelations about American soldiers brutally shooting down journos in Iraq and making a game out of it, without military permission? Anyway, my point is not to argue which country is more law abiding but just to say that you should choose your statements with more care as you may hurt people.In this case Indian law does have plenty of recourses for contesting fraudulent transfer of property - it's just that the CVs haven't bothered to find out! At the very least the Sethis can get a stay order (which can be obtained from a lower court if one can establish even one anomaly with the transfer - in this case RB not being related to Sethis, Anuj's evidence, RS illness). So Simi has absolutely no need to make a deal with the devil.
