In this case Indian law does have plenty of recourses for contesting fraudulent transfer of property - it's just that the CVs haven't bothered to find out! At the very least the Sethis can get a stay order (which can be obtained from a lower court if one can establish even one anomaly with the transfer - in this case RB not being related to Sethis, Anuj's evidence, RS illness). So Simi has absolutely no need to make a deal with the devil.

well said..westwick India does have corruption and judicial delays bt am sure so does the US of A or any other 'law abiding country' as u put it..the show is a joke when it comes to research abt the plots...am sorry abt tht comment bt its a fact..there have been n number of scenes which were over dramatised and not in touch wid how the issues are dealt wid in real life..
