We all know what RB said to Simi is disgusting and considered blackmail. However, she did physically assault him with a piece of iron. She left burn marks on his body, actual evidence of a crime. She has no evidence of his crime. What if she doesn't sleep with him and he decides to file a complaint against Simi with the police. What if Simi is locked up for assault and battery? She could be charged with being a vigilante taking the law into her own hands. The Bhalla's will make life a living hell for the Seethi's. I cringe at the thought. But I couldn't help thinking this when Mrs. B said Simi will pay for this. Would the Seethi's drop ALL charges against RB in exchange for Simi's freedom. She they make a deal with the devil?

But she is in India, not in US or any other any law abiding country.

I know rB can come up with any lies. But then simi has lots of witnesses as RB was getting closer to her. she might say he tried to behave improperly. In such cases things go in girls favor.

I like Raksha's theory....It will let me sleep at night.....Witnesses are good and I hope Bhalla looks at his wounds and remembers he got beat up by a woman and no less a woman he once tried to rape👏
Simi you are my new role model.......
Har ladki ko ye sikhna chaiye ki koi bhi mard aake tumse aaisi dirty baate kaare toh uska yehi haal hona chaaiye......

Good topic. But RB has no evidence other than the witnesses that Simi did it. He can bribe people though. Simi could say he was misbehaving as di said.

I don't know if this was said in jest but beg your pardon, it was not a very nice thing to say. We all know about the legal delays and law-breaking in India but let's not talk about how law abiding the US is - did you miss the recently revelations about American soldiers brutally shooting down journos in Iraq and making a game out of it, without military permission? Anyway, my point is not to argue which country is more law abiding but just to say that you should choose your statements with more care as you may hurt people.
In this case Indian law does have plenty of recourses for contesting fraudulent transfer of property - it's just that the CVs haven't bothered to find out! At the very least the Sethis can get a stay order (which can be obtained from a lower court if one can establish even one anomaly with the transfer - in this case RB not being related to Sethis, Anuj's evidence, RS illness). So Simi has absolutely no need to make a deal with the devil.

I agree. Simi reacted in rage, but it was rather intemperate of her. Civilised educated people show their anger in a more controlled manner. Of course the situation demanded a couple of stinging slaps across his smug face, maybe even with a slipper (which is considered a great humiliation in India). Then she could have gone to the police and got a restraining order on him citing his threats (which by the way were on national TV if you remember what happended at his failed wedding) and the indecent proposal. That way she may have been warned for slapping him but not jailed for assault which may happen now.
You are right about where this plot could be headed. By now Nakul may have transfered the dhabha to his own name, so where do you think the be-ghar Sethis and junior Tarnejas could go?

Very good point made right here😳. the creatives need to read these forums more carefully before showing this new Law and Order or utter nonsense😲 .Yes, Bhalla is a disgusting fellow 🤢 no arguments here ⭐️but on the other hand Simi also broke the law 😭 (glad it was the law that was broken , not his neck or the iron rod to go with it)😆 Instead of calling the police like she advised Abhi just last week to do,............ she did the marathon with RB😆 and leaving the trail of witnesses behind . 😆😡

I don't blame Simi for beating the #^*@ of Bhalla - it was a long time in coming. She was pushed over the edge and he deserved a good kicking. He's harressed and blackmailed her for a long time - all of these are crimes and if the law cannot protect her, then she needs to do what is necessary. Of course Simi's family are in part to blame for this whole mess. If they had not put so much pressure on Simi to get married in the first place and given her permission to reject men whom she did not like and stay single if she had too, then the family would never had said "yes" to Bhalla.
On top of this, if Simi hadn't felt the need to be the Queen of Sacrifice, she could have got out of the mess earlier on. Finally her brother, Anuj, is the biggest idiot of all giving the house to Bhalla. If anyone should sleep with Bhalla it should him.
