Simi will agree to sleeping with Rajeev Bhalla. She agreed to marry RB and she will agreed to marry Nakul. No-one put a gun to Simi's head; she was engaged to Abhi at the time. As Bana and MeSimi pointed out, Simi pretended that she had not choice and she expected Abhi to understand.
We need to understand that getting married to someone whom you don't want to marry involves sleeping with them. Getting married to someone and sleeping with them doesn't make the whole act any better. It's even worse if you're engaged to someone else who is meant to help you.
In the first case - with RB - we can have some sympathy for Simi in that she had NO choice and was pressued to marry RB. Despite her willingness to leave him after he had attempted to rape her, she agreed to marry her attempted rapist to save her family and her father's shop. In those days she never had a knight in shinning armour - Abhi. However, when Nakul came on the scene, she had her knight but she never turned to him for help. He fretted and worried about the immending marriage and she was worried about being seen with him in case it ruined her chances at getting married.
Abhi went to great extremes to safe her, fought with Nakul and nearly died. It took Nakul ready to drive a daggar into him (perhaps that is where he gets his name) to get her to wake-up. NOT once has Simi shown her gratitude to Abhi for saving her from sleeping with either RB or Nakul. Seems to me she's not interested in even getting down with Abhi!!!
So when RB will make this offer, Simi WILL agree to it. It's part of her nature. She can't help it. She will do anything to help her family even if that means being unfaithful to Abhi. Of course we are supposed to admire this in her character. Please wait and see.
