riddhima standing in dr.shashank office, her face filled with anger just staring at armaan. armaan tells her, this is my last resignation letter, give it to your papa. before he walks out the door he says "riddhima if you have trusted our love you would have never believed any story anyone told you but me, since i came back not once did you ask sach kya hai?" riddhima feels confused, she decides to go talk to armaan. Armaan is in the locker room with his black bag, cleaning out everything in his locker. he hears riddhima walk in, she goes to him and asks him what sach? then he says the sach everyone has been hiding form you riddhima. After the shootout, when i woke up, i was only looking for you riddhima, sirf tum. i had a lot of bleeding, blood was everywhere i walked. i went to your room and sat by your bedside, but much i didn't realize becuase so much blood was gone form my body i became very weak. after 2 hours i fell unconscious on your bedside. your papa sent me to dehli to get specially treated, but before i left i gave dr.keerti and dr. shashank a letter to give to you. when i reached to dehli and was completely treated, fate played another twisted game with me. i got a phone call from shenaz bi, and i found out she has cancer, and she is in the last stage. she has only 4 months to live. armaan had tears filled in his eyes. before he left dehli he called dr.shahank and told him what happpened left him responsible for telling riddhima the truth. everyday i wrote you a letter riddhima and sent it to your papa. the day i saw you in panchgani was the worst day of my life, because w.hen i saw you i wanted to meet you i wanted to stay with you, but i got a phonecall that shenaz condition was really worse so i went and kissed you on the forehead and left. when i got to the hospital in pachgani i was too late , my shenaz left the world and it was all my fault because i wanted to meet the love of my life i lost her. but now i realized i didn't only lose her i lost you too. armaan grabbed riddhima's risk and brought her to shashank's desk and opened a draw, filled with letters armaan wrote to riddhima. he let go of her hand and said yes. riddhima i took the blame for all your accusations when they were all wrong, here is your sach. he walked out of dr.shashanks office and went home. armaan broke down, he was very weak, he lost two women he loved very dearly. the next day during breifing armaan, and all the interns were there except for riddhima. when riddhima walked in she was behind dr.keerti and said , i trusted you with everything and you broke my trust, you knew the truth about armaan and you said nothing. when keerti heard this she looked at armaan. armaan looked at ridz. she said if she got all these letters she would of never married sid. armaan looked at her with tears welled up in his eyes. he says "basket". then all the interns loooked at each other especially sid. armaan says, but you did marry siddhant and no one can change that, this is your sach. armaan takes ridz hand and takes her beside siddhant. he says that siddhant is a very good person and will keep you happy, i trust him. the truth killing armaan inside. so riddhima does not see his t ears he turns around and wipes them away. and then faces riddhima and says i guess its time for me to leave forever. she says kyun? he then says i was always in sanjeevani sirf tumhare liye, and now there is no reason for me to stay here anymore. when he turns around and walks away, he takes one step back and says riddhima remember one thing, i will never get marries, becuase i will always love you and only for for the rest of the life i have, there is no one in this world that can replace you. then he walks away slowly. riddhima is breaking down with tears, siddhant looks at her and realizes the love in her eyes which were not meant for him. so he slowy lifts his hand and pull the mangulsutra off riddhimas neck beads are rolling away to armaan.Armaan turns around to see what had just fallin. he sees this and looks confused sid says riddhima was never mine. the mangulsutra ans sindoor stopped her form going to her real love. riddhima was with me but she wasn't out realitionship got a name because of marriage but every breath she takes is only for armaan. sid tells her to go, go to him. riddhima runs to armaan and they have such a passionate hug just like the one kasu had in the staircase. he says i love you riddhima. she finally gives in and says i love you too. but promise me that nothing can seperate us again.
