Not the first time no...the Maestro Debajyoti Mishra gave him all the songs for the Hindi version of 'Choker Bali'. Was critically acclaimed at Cannes. That speaks volumes of his talent if someone like Debajyoti Mishra chose him over all others.

Yes Debu is the lead singer of Choker Baali film. And he did a wonderful job there.
