I agree with you. Sid has been put and to some extent put himself in a situation that is very difficult. He wants Riddhima to tell Armaan, Riddhima to make a choice. And in a sense he is right. Its her life, he doesn't want to force her to do anything.
But at the same time, I think that he needs to articulate to Riddhima how he feels about her. Otherwise, how can she choose, and how can she feel safe to tell him why she choose?

Yes.. Not sure if CV has this vision - but I am completely in agreement with what you posted and stand right behind Sid cheering Ridz to choose him.. (I was on a vacation last 2 days and couldn't stop myself thinking about DMG..😡😡😡)

Sid is surreal - I haven't seen/met a married man who thinks like Sid - but he is every married woman's dream. Just like CV created Armaan as the dream lover - Sid is the dream husband..😃

Honestly - there is nothing else that you wish for than freedom of choice in marriage (only married women can appreciate that..) - A husband commanding over wife might look heroic but hardly what the 21st century woman would prefer - a husband making decisions for you.. Now I hope Ridz would appreciate that in him and whisper those 3 precious words (I Lv U) and coax his concerns..

Otherwise, our hero would walk over to her and tell her that she can nullify the marriage and go to Armaan and he wouldn't mind..

Looks like only Suvarna and Yuvi can feel Sid's pain..!!!

Today was a fitting end to AR's love story - flashbacks of all the memories .. although not too happy about redoing KASH confession scene with Jen..😡😡

Poco.... thanks for your perspective.... to be honest I was a bit put off😔 by the whole marriage funda and Sid's stony silence😕.... but your post made me see it in a more sensible angle👍🏼.... hope the CV's have the same wisdom. Just hope that they are also thinking like you and take DMG thru to a sensible and memorable conclusion.👏

Keep the posts coming, Nitzie! Your posts are my only connection to the show and I love reading them so much! There have been a few times where I've read your posts and then gone to watch a specific scene purely because of the analysis behind it. I haven't done so recently, but who know when I might? The way you describe the emotional pushes and pulls between Sid, Riddhima, and Armaan is simply wonderful. Thank you for always writing! *hugs*

Poca, I have been a silent reader and loved your post for a while..I especially loved ur analysis today so just wanna say keep it coming! ...
Personally for me, Sid reminds me of Ajay devgan's character from Hum dil de chuke sanam...Sid has shades of him. where even though he has feelings for Riddhima, he wants to give her enough freedom to make her choice and leads a life where there would be no regrets!

I love the quote : Sameer ne pyaar karna sikhaya but vanraj ne pyaar ko nibhaana sikhaya...I think love has different meanings and at every stage, it changes and its meaning deepens...
