Hi, This is Khaja Misbahuddin updating Kkusum for 19th Oct, 2004
Sarala enters the room and is shocked to see Kkusum holding Mahi's photo. Sarala tries to say something but Kkusum asks her about it. She tells Kkusum that the garland might have been put by mistake, and takes the photo from her hand. Sarala removes the garland from Mahi's photo, and places it on the table. She tells Kkusum to go to her room and freshen up, and that she will be there shortly. Kkusum is still concerned, but leaves. Sarala is relieved.
At the party, Garv and Kali are standing together. Kumud and Garv exchange glances at each other. Kumud has the look of pain while Garv has the look of guilt in his eyes. Aryaman's Mom comes to Kali and Garv and congratulates them, and asks them as to why did they not inform her before. Garv asks her as to what she is talking about. She tells Garv that whatever decision he has taken is right. She tells him that Kumud and his pairing was not so good 'coz she is a middle class girl, and doesn't suit him. Garv feels bad. She tells him that his and Kali's pairing is fine and they do look as if they are made for each other. Kali is happy but Garv is not happy at all. Aryaman's Mom asks them to dance, but Garv declines. She drags him with Kali onto the dance floor. Garv has no choice but to oblige. Kali and Garv dance and Kumud feels bad looking at them ( Tere Naam Song in the background ). Ksh*tij comes there, and takes away Kumud from there.
Garv tells Kali that he cant do it anymore and goes from there. Kali follows him and asks him as to why did he leave the dance floor. Garv tells her that he cant take it anymore, and that whatever Abhay had told her was true. Garv tells her that Abhay was right when he said that it was not Kali's love but it was her madness and infatuation. He tells her that he only saw hatred in Abhay's eyes when he looked at him. But Kali tries to defend saying that since he came to know of her pregnancy, Abhay has been treating them like that. Garv tells her that Abhay might have come to known about his decision to mary Kali, and so he is behaving like that. But Kali tells him that his decision to marry her will come out in the open some day, and asks him not to worry. But Garv is adamant, and tells her that he will have to talk to Abhay and tell him the truth. Kali urges him not to talk to Abhay but Garv leaves. Kali is scared.
Kkusum is coming upstairs and wonders as to why Mahi's phoo was in Sarala's room and was garlanded. She tells herself that she will call Mahi back by talking to Abhay tomorrow itself.
A van stops outside Abhay's house and someone in ablack coat with a mask gets out of it. He makes the watchman unconscious by making him smell the chloroform, and drags him to some other place.
Kumud and Ksh*tij are standing. He asks her if she wants to go home, but she replies that she will wait for Kkusum 'coz she might be coming with Sarala any moment. Ksh*tij asks her as to why did Kkusum not come till now. Kumud tells him that Kkusum was feeling unwell. ACP comes there and tells Ksh*tij that he has been keeping a watch on the monitors but cudn't find anyone suspicious. But Ksh*tij informs him that Kkusum was not in the party. ACP is shocked, and asks them as to where she is. Ksh*tij tells him that Kkusum is at home. ACP tells them that there is something wrong. Kumud is worried. ACP asks Ksh*tij to come with him to Abhay's house. They rush to Kapoor house.
Sarala comes out of a room and is moving in the pathway to stairs. The shadow of the killer is shown on the wall behind her. She turns back and sees, but she doesn't turn enough to find the shadow. So, seeing nothing abnormal she begins to move forward. The killer comes from behind, and makes her unconscious by making her smell the chloroform, and drags her to down the stairs.
Kkusum comes out of her room, and calls out for Sarala. Finding no anwer, she walks down the stairs and goes towards some room. The killer then drags Sarala to some other place.
Garv comes to the Kapoor house, and gets down of the car.
Kkusum goes to the kitchen, and takes water from the fridge and drinks it. The killer closes the door of the kitchen. Kkusum is worried now and shouts for help but thedoor is locked. She goes to the side, and finding another door open ( which leads to the lawn ), goes out of it. Then, the killer enters the kitchen, and he too goes out of the door into the lawn.
Garv comes inside, and wonders as to why is the door open at such late hour. Garv calls out for Abhay but finding no answer he goes out.
ACP and Ksh*tij are rushing towards Kapoor house in their car.
Kkusum rushes into the lawn, and turns back to find someone following her. She hides behind a tree but trips over the security guard. The killer hears the voice and comes there. But by that time, Kkusum moves from there and hides behind the adjacent tree. The killer goes in the other direction. Garv comes into the lawn. Kkusum sees him, but when she is about to call him, she sees the killer and keeps quiet. Garv goes away from there. He realizes that he didn't close the main door. Garv leaves the lawn, and Kkusum follos him. Kkusum goes and sits in some van standing outside. The killer comes outside the house too. He sists in the van in which Kkusu is there and starts it.
Garv comes out of the main gate, and is moving towards his car when he hears some sound of the van starting. He turns back, and runs to the van but the van speeds away. He sees Kkusum inside the van. Kkusum also sees him and shakes her hand at him to signal him. Garv follows the van and they are shown on the road with Garv following the van.
ACP and Ksh*tij ebter the Kapoor house, and see Sarala on the floor. Sarala gets up and tells them that someone made her to faint by making her smell the chloroform, and that she is worried. ACPasks her as to where is Kkusum. She tells him that she is in her room. ACP rushes to the room, and come back saying that Kkusum is not in her room.
ACP gets a call from Garv. ACP is shocked. He tells Ksh*tij that everything has been ruined, and their plan had flopped. Just then, Abhay comes there. Abhay asks ACP as to which plan he is talking about. The ACP tells Abhay that they had planned to let Kkusum in the party without any security so that the killer attacks her, but somehow the killer knew the plan and so he made sure that Kkusum never reached the party. Abhay gets mad at ACP and shouts at him saying that how could he have taken such a step with such ris involved. He blames ACP saying that just to catch a killer, he endangered Kkusum's life. ACP tries to explain but Abhay tells him that he will make sure that he is finished. ACP tells him that he is misunderstanding him, and tells Abhay that this case has become a challenge for him and he is going to crack it come what may. Ksh*tij tells Abhay that they all agreed to the plan. Abhay is shocked to hear Ksh*tij say that and wonders where is Kkusum now. ACP tells him that she is kidnapped by someone. Abhay asks him how can he be so sure that she is kidnapped. Ksh*tij tells ACP that if Garv gave him the information, then where is Garv himself. Garv comes there.
ACP asks Garv as to what did he see. Garv tells him that he saw Kkusum in a van, and followed it but couldn't catch it, but he tells him the van number. Ksh*tij tells the ACP that it is the same kind of number which was earlier seen on the Red Car. Abhay is worried. Abhay asks Garv as to how come he was here and not at the party. Garv tells him that he came to talk to him. Abhay then asks him as to how did he know that he will be at the house. Garv tells him that he thought that….ACP interrupts and asks Abhay as to what he wanted to hint at. Abhay tells him that its nothing, and tells him to find Kkusum. Just then, Kumud enters the house and hears the last sentence.
Kkusum is in a dark room. She gets up and shouts for help. She finds a phone there, and tries to call someone but it doesn't work. Kkusum sits down crying, when suddenly the room opens and someone comes inside. Kkusum looks towards him and is scared.
