okay jokes apart... as for your topic, yes Kartik did find out abt nandini... but he decided not to tell anyone untill kanchan's wedding was over... but in btw then and kanchan's wedding alot of stuff happens which just kinda goes on into another direction and karitk is never able to tell the family abt nandini.. dont want to ruin it all for ya... but yes, lets hope that the family finds out nandini's truth and Kartik and Suman get married. 😊
