I am a DMG fan and only pass my comments at the current stage of the show. Where the storyline is going and how the DMG production team is presenting it. Even if I were SR fan (though I am going with the flow of the story), if you are watching the show, the scenario I have mentioned is likely to happen (unless that the entire hospital team goes on a picnic trip in a bus and the bus runs over the cliff and everyone dies). One day the show has to come to an end whether the fans like it or not. CVs also realize that by bringing Armaan and Riddhima together is like the end of the show anyways as old DMG fans have only seen them as lovers for the past 2.5 years. Now how much charm you can squeeze out from a husband and wife life. The show itself never concentrated or presented the medical side of the hospital saving lives of critical patients.

At times we don't have our desired options but still we have to choose. We then choose lesser of the evil as they say.
