@Anu: its not a bad idea. Think about Ravi's interaction with Sups. He is not running around like Dutta, but is more cool and composed and try to get her to do what he wants...he is acting more like the Don😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆

Never thought there would be a day when i would compare that Bandar with our Dutta😭😭

@Anandana: Datta Patil is back only because of Naku and not Sups. Datta made it very clear yesterday and gave the credit where it is due. Datta Patil was definitely on the edge of coming out ever since Sups rude behavior started tormenting datta as it kept reminding of his past failure with Seema. But Naku encouraged him to forget Datta Patil's pain and instead bring back Datta's dreams and hopes. And mind you the marriage is SO arranged for that Datta that I am sure it will be betrayal and not heartbreak when Sups reality comes out.

@Anu: Why cant he want biwi bacche? i mean for him thats the point in getting married. he's not in love to want to marry for love. but he wants a family and thats a natural need in all humans to want someone to care for and who cares for you as much. thats probably the reason dutta has surrounded himself with his sisters families as he felt he couldnt have one of his own. but now he's getting that chance. but the he doesnt want any girl having the wrong hopes blinded by the glamourous lives of the Patils. i dont think at present datta expects his crimes to go unpunished. in fact he's in living hell all the time. Whether finally Datta's crimes will go unpunished...I dunno. If this were a film I am sure LTL wud have been a tragic love story. But serials ka kuch bharosa nahin.
Coming to brought Datta Patil back...its Naku alrite and not Sups. He wouldnt have come so far if Naku wudnt have convinced him. Naku convinced him because datta is not sure of his own judgement in these matters. so he'd rather follow what someone like aai or naku.

@Vaish: What I feel is he's really whole heartedly accepted the idea of getting married and having a family. Thats why he's talking of kids. Its not way off...he's a naturally protective guy and he always wanted to have a football team right from his teen years. Datta wasnt really swayed by Sups...he was always suspicious of her. but then Naku esp has convinced him otherwise...so he thinks that maybe he's being too harsh on sups. the wrist slitting for him convinced him that sups was as determind as him to make their relationship work. and datta is also a bit of a softie at heart when it comes to damsels in distress.

@ksh: you are points are valid, but you have to take this in context of what he spoke on the episode of mar-24th. I think that episode is the best so far in what i have seen because it brought the best of the character Dutta Bhao and best acting in Mishal

After you watch that, and by the storyline, its the same night when he makes this dramatic change. The morning he says his wife could be widowed any time and he is always very close to death. To top it off, he gets wounded badly that night and it could have been fatal...so he almost faced death that night. Yet he comes back and talks that very same night about living happily ever after..no logic

When i say that Nakku should be the one who should bring the Dutta Patil back, i meant he has to realize unconditional love before the transformation happens...if you call sups slashing wrists as unconditional love....i do not agree

If anything he should have become highly suspicious of Sups desparation because, between the lamp crahsing-chair throwing episode, he did not do ANYTHING that could have possibly changed her mind in his favor. He did not do ANYTHING on the sangeet day to make her desperately want him..nor on the mangalsutra day. A minute before she slashed her wrist, he saw disgust in her face looking at his wound....Dutta Bhao character has taken a major hit because of this....
