The last time I watched DMG was when armaan and riddhima supposly died from the attack in the hospital and the new interns entered I saw that sid and tamana and naina and yuvi were falling in love...
Could some one please fill me on what happen after that...I want to know what happen to tamana...how did riddhima come back (wasnt she dead from the attack)....how is armaan back (wasnt he dead too)....why did sid and riddhima get married if they didnt like each other....????

I know there is a lot of info that i missed...i see that armaan is back so i kinda am watching it again but i dont understand it as much b/c of these missing details could someone please help me thanks so much 😃

Tammana got engaged and went to USA
Ridz didn't die and neither Armaan
Ridz was in her treatment and she came back
she was told that Armaan left her which was a lie
she got to know the truth and looked 4 Armaan
Sid helped her but couldn't find Armaan
there were many rumors about Sid and Ridz in hospital that there is something between them
Sid said he would marry Ridz
Shanky told Ridz to marry Sid
Ridz tried to kill herself on the day of the wedding but Sid saved her and they got married
there was a chance that Armaan might get crazy but he was ok and he came back finally
