That is news to me. I was wondering this when Amar Singh left the partya dn Also Jaya Prada but JAya Bachcahan remained in the PArty. Then I thought it was a trick of Amar Singh. Maybe he wanted her to stay back and get the details of the party but now this....More problem for BAchchans. It i snot good to be close to politicians...

Amar Singh has ticked off former Samajwadi Party colleague and actor Jaya Bachchan over her remarks on his leaving the political outfit.

Jaya, the wife of Amar Singh's 'family friend' and 'brother' superstar Amitabh Bachchan, earlier remarked that Singh "should have suffered a little" and stayed on in the party. His absence was felt, she said.

Singh, in a rally in New Delhi, has lashed out in response and said that he too felt her absence by his side, having expected her to stand by him. According to a television channel, he has also asked why Amitabh didn't choose to do the same when he decided to quit the Congress over Bofors allegations 25 years ago.

Looks like the Bachchans, already reacting to son Abhishek's posters being blacked out during the Earth Hour promotions in the Capital, have a new controversy on their hands.

I saw this too.

I think Jaya is a little irked because Amar Singh hinted that he might join Congress and its no secret that the Bachchans and Gandhis are not on good terms. Gandhis off late have been acting cuckoo , theyr treating Bachchans like untouchables.

Anyway , I think Amar Singh is one of the most corrupt and manipulative politicians. Bachchans are probabably better off without him.

At least he wudnt tag along with Ash and Abhi at Cannes.
