even though nihira was my favorite female contestant from challenge 2005, I cannot agree with u here 😊

Ppl like you voted out nihira. If you think so himani was better than nihira on the basis of voting then accept that the Debo is superior than all.

It would be fun Nihira challenging Shreya in few years time.

god knows nihira was the most talented among srgmp2005 contestants, but nihira still has a ways to go before she can knock down SG

I am sure that Nihira will go a long way, she truly has a soothing voice. But Shreya is more appealing. I have been watching and of course listening to Shreya singing since she used to participate in her frocks, socks and shoes. I guess when she used to sing the whole world stopped. Nihira sang very well 'Sathire bhool na jana", par ek jagah uska sur hila tha. I never saw it happened with Shreya. When she sang "aab ke baras bhejo bhaiya ko babool" in non-instrumental round, it brought tears to my eyes.

There are some other participants other than Shreya from SRGMP, whom I really liked.

1. Sudeshna Ganguly( she deseved to win the final, but was a victim, since her co-contender was a student of one of the judges himself).

2. Shanti Kumari (if remember the name correctly, a little girl with the voice of a nightangle, she lacked in good pronounciation)

3. One young Muslim boy from Rajasthan(I am not sure if he was Sharib, because I never saw grown up Sharib's performance), he touched my soul by singing "Kesaria....."

Himani can become a hit singer(like Narula, Alisha,Richa, etc) but she does not have the potential to become one of the biggest singers(like Lata, Asha, Kavita, Alka) of our country.

no way should debo win.. he is nothing compare to vinit, and thrs no way we can even put him in the sentence as shriya...
