Beautifully worded and such an awesome post..

I agree all the three characters in the show are going through turmoil and all of them have lot of pain and confusion to go through but as you say its going to be the most difficult for Armaan since he is the one who has always been lonely has he himself says and after knowing the truth he is going to be broken and will have to take all the pain and live with it in loneliness too ...who us going to support him through this...?
I feel bad for Riddhima too she has a tough decsion to make...which is going to take long for her to reach right now she is in a shock which she is going to take sometime to get out of too...
I am very attached to the characters of Armaan Riddhima and their love story and this hurdle in their life has to be the toughest earlier they both were together to handle them and now are on crossroads ...it would be nice to see how this story goes ahead and how the immense amount of love they have is tested..
P.S -The higlight of this episode is the performance by KSG and Jennifer ....their performance was such that words could fall short ..there couldnt be a better potrayal of emotions and no one could do itbeter than KSG and Jennifer

she treats Armaan the way she treats herself....he is a part of her....and her anger towards Armaan is basically her way of expressing anger towards her
Very well said Bheegi. And am completely in sync with all blames to Ridz. She is the reason for all such mess. As an individual she could have stood for her love rather than accepting to marry Sid as a societal obligation. Well, she is neither truthful to her love nor to the relationship she has accepted. And as Bheegi pointed out, she is the last person to decide something. So it has to be either Armaan or Sid to take the decisions. But that makes me think, are today's women like this after getting so much exposure and sharing equal space (almost) in all spheres?

Suv.... simple answer is NO!!!

Ok.. to be fair there might be some... but MOST cosmopolitan women are not!

I am a generation before this XGenre (as they call it!) and i wouldn't be this way at all!!

Really the show..comes down to 'catering to the masses' Like Ekta says!!😆.. Don't make sense.. but we all watch it.. never the less!

WOWOWOW!
I knew it when i read it was you- it would be an awesome post and an unbiased post.
Yes DMG is seeing a tension in the air situation like never before. And Armaan is really the guy who'll be hit the hardest because HE has no damn clue yet of what is going on. At least the others know there's something they need to sort out, but him, he is back with love, hope, and even his friendly nature for all to make good use of. But the ONE thing he wants is the one he wont be handed so soon by destiny!

Very true Veena .... they do such things for TRP's and we also enjoy it as a drama (not always though).

thanks suvarna. Here, I want Ridz to make a decision and not Sid or Armaan....she needs to take her time if she wants but once she decides, she should not go back and wonder if she did the right thing.

The problem with Ridz is she is a classical case of a perfectionist who has always strived to be the perfect daughter, perfect doctor and perfect Indian woman but sadly, her life is far from perfect (just like all of us) Now that she wants to be a perfect wife and not think about another man is going to kill her from inside. Ridz needs to realize that the only thing perfect in her life is her love for Armaan....and once she accepts that, everything will fall into place even if that means breaking traditions and Sid's heart.

Lovely analysis nandini.I just liked one scene today.....

the AR scene with the ICU patient. Ridz's taunts at Armaan were definitely heart wrenching esp when she said "har koi tumhara intezaar nahin karta'....this is a guilty Ridz expressing her anger and jabbing Armaan as she always does. The argument around the patient was also symbolic of the same struggle. She knows Armaan is right about the patient but her ego would never acknowledge that Armaan is right and she is wrong. She is trying to justify to herself that she did the right thing by not waiting for Armaan but even she knows on the inside that she is wrong....that's why she walked out.

Now I want Armaan to find the truth and return these sarcasms to Ridz because it's only then she will break down and realize what she has done to Armaan and her relationship.

Both AR did wonders with their eye expressions once again...hope to see more scenes like those.

Hats off to your analysis. Yep, I felt like old times after ages where Riddhima is always adamant when wrong and Armaan is putting up with her. But I think he is too soft to return Riddhima's words back to her. I saw that in only one episode in Mar/Apr 2008 when Shilpa was Riddhima.

Thanks suvarna. I feel until Armaan acts aloof, hurt and cold, Ridz will not realize what she has done....she has always taken him for granted and still is. Even with Sid, till he was sweet and nice, she fought with him but once he showed her attitude, she became a worshiping wife....that's how Ridz is. She wants to be liked by everyone
