DMG should break cliche's

I was just thinking how much of a cliche it is that the wife goes back to her husband even though her first love is in front of her eyes. Eg. Hum Dil de chuke sanam? Many TV serials!
I just hope that DMG takes another route! So run of the mill it would be, if the same old saga happened again...tooo predictable! Hope the creatives come up with some good idea.
What do you guys think?

Guys,

I just watched some of the old episodes yesterday.. Episodes since their roka and all.... I was reflecting upon why do i so badly want only our AR together... and i figured out... because they are our old friends.. We all love them dearly... Esp ARmaan... He was lilke the jaan of Sanjeevani...
We just cannot see him heart broken and like all true friends we just want him to get all his wishes... We have seen him going through so many hardships to get Riddhima.. We have seen him involved in so many fights, patch ups, difficulties et all.. Now at this point we just wants he finally gets what he had always wished for..

Please someone make Riddhima see her past with Armaan how madly they were in each other's love... How madly Armaan wanted to keep her happy always...

Please someone show those to her again and make AR united...
