Ratna, Mukul's tragic death in Agle janam

A few weeks ago, we'd reported on rookie actor Ankita Sharma quitting Agle janam mohe bitiya hi kijo as she's bagged a lead in another show. Back then, the producer Siddhart Tewary had stated that Ratna is a small character and he'll be through with Sharma soon.

Going by the events in the show, one would have thought that Ratna (Ankita Sharma) will be married off to Mukul (Shakti Arora) and that's how her character will be bumped off. However, it's death that engulfs the two and casts an atmosphere of sorrow in Loha Singh's family. So, what transpires to this tragic outcome?

A reliable source says, "Currently, the Singh family has agreed to their daughter's wish to marry Mukul. In a dramatic twist, Mukul's true and dark identity will be revealed by Laali (Ratan Rajput). Mukul turns out to be a sleazy guy who had earlier attempted to rape Gangia's daughter (Sushmita Mukherjee)."

Adding further, the source says, "This disclosure is made while Mukul is about to marry Ratna. A frustrated Mukul then takes Ratna hostage and tries to rape her too. Ratna's mother Sumitra (Roopa Ganguly) takes matters in her hands and chases Mukul with a gun. Mukul is corned in the room with no place to run. Despite several warnings, he refuses to let Ratna go. Sumitra fires a shot which hits Mukul but in the ensuing motion, he pulls Ratna along with him before falling from the window. Thereby both Ratna and Mukul die."

Ankita Sharma remained unavailable for comment.

While it's tragic but we hope Sharma and the production have parted ways amicably. Sharma may not be missed much but her death will certainly help in further boosting the shows TRPs.

Oh wow what a turn of events, Kaushayla will kill the evil spawn, oooh but wait till she finds out that hubby dearest knew the truth but didn't care one damn bit because all he cared about was that he would become the most influential Thakur in the land by the amount of contracts and tenders he would've gotten through their alliance.

I want to see what is she going to do then. Thank goodness that Laali will have one less thing to worry about.
