The same studio audience voted in earlier matches too and made teams loose or win.
My question to topic starter:You say studio audiences votes can be manipulated easily. Do you think they were manipulated in earlier matches too ??
A valid question! Yes, I did think that audience voting was a means to manipulate things to make things work according to the channel's whims and fancies right from the beginning of the competition. Since the judges here were contestants as well, it would have been difficult to control the marking that they gave. So audience voting was used as a means to have control on the decisions made.
However, I never expected that audience voting would be introduced in the finale on pre-recorded songs. Till before that, decision-making for the semi-finalists and finalists have been based only on the previous points and the public voting. So I at least did not expect this in the finals as to me it seemed very illogical to consider the votes of a small studio audience in front of millions of viewers across the world. The on-line voting and the SMS counts can be traced if required and there are some legal implications to it. We ourselves had to go thro' disclaimers on the website while voting. But there is absolutely no control over the studio audience voting.
So I feel cheated!
