i am a law student as for as i know the phansi or death sentence is not given that easily and the law only says that death sentence is only for rarest case.

like a abhijith case it depends on how he killed the person and under what circumstances he killed him.

Any one observed that the khoon that cid got on metal rod was of khooni . They tested abhijeets khoon but forgot to see if abhijeet had got hurt anywhere if abhijeet has not got hurt anywhere then how his khoon will appear on metal rod
