LOL..Its okay to wear revealing outfits, but Binny did not pull it of well..She is predominantly cute and there was effort to look hot, I feel.
Also, for me it was the song that killed it for me. If she would have worn this outfit for another song I may have felt differently.
P.S-It reminded me of the outfit the three girls from RKR wore for 'Single Lady"
