Absolutely Hema Chandra, Amey is no where a comparison to Hema's voice quality.

I think Hema should have tried for India Idol and am 100% sure he would have succeded, he has all the qualities to be an Indian Idol.

Ofcourse I see the same qualities in Karunya too.

so, not to forget tat.. i put them on par with
each other.. but wen comes to classical, i take
hemu to the lead.. for pronounciation and other things,
i put amey on lead..

India forums is full of hema fans and admirers
In every poll ,he leads, even in indian idol section

Comparing Amey and Hemu isn't right because there is so much of difference...

Amey's voice is super, the best in II 2, but it suits ghazals..classical songs more...his rendention of Laaga Chunari pe was OUTSTANDING... i cant imagine a hrithik or john abraham dancing to amey !! and II is about finding a pop icon, not a playback singer !

hemu has a more conventional voice.. i dont wanna say its a hariharan voice..but its a good voice which suits a lot of actors..be it soft numbers or fast..he just has to work on his diction..and not eating the words... !!
