Rahul wants Dimpy to do a bold calendar shoot

Rahul Mahajan who chose the 21-year-old Dimpy Ganguly as his 'dulhania' in the Imagine TV reality show 'Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jaayega' has no problems if his wife continues flaunting her bold image post marriage.

Model Dimpy has done many hot cover shoots in Kolkata from where she hails. She had also taken part in Gladrags Mega Model contest and some of her pictures there had really oozed oomph.

Rahul says, "A lot of double standards are at play. When a top Bollywood heroine wears a bikini in 'Dhoom 2', the world calls it stylish. On the other hand, if a new actress does the same, she is branded as cheap. I stand by whatever my wife has done till date and I don't think anybody else should have any issues as along as I and her family have no issues."

When pushed, he says, "She can even do a calendar if paid according to her market rate," indicating the fact that her brand value has changed post her marriage to him. But Dimpy on her part played the traditional Indian woman saying post marriage she has certain responsibilities.

"I have been a model before and it's been there done that thing for me. I now want to graduate to acting," she says. In fact, Dimpy had left a Bangla film offer in order to come to Mumbai to take part in the 'swayamvar'.

With Rahul having no reservations, don't be surprised if Dimpy is soon seen showing off her bold avatar in Bollywood as well. 'Won't let the trophy slip this time'.
