@PShakti: Now that I've seen the epi myself, I'm glad to see someone else who thinks along the same lines as me. I do think Ishan is the jerk that he's been baptised here as, but I also think he's a highly confused man.
I don't think anyone has treated Ishan the way Mahi has treated him - with inner care and interest, so much so that they recognised the cologne he had donned on. So when Mahi came along with her specific gifts, Ishan was truely taken aback. Finally someone thought about the funnier side of life rather than his high status, good looks and heavy pocket.
I don't know if it's always been Ishan's aim to sleep with Mahi or if he decided it after getting to know her properly but I do think he was trying to make Mahi feel special. I guess he thought Mahi knew how he spent his time and that a 'relation' isn't a serious matter for him. He seemed really confused in the car and surprised that Mahi was dreaming a future with him. I don't think Ishan even knew how much fun he would have with Mahi hence why he ran away, before things got too complicated for him.
However Ishan also has no rights to 'play' with Mahi as much as he has. He should've seen that with someone sending such thoughtful gifts and wanting their relationship to stay out of the limelight, Mahi is not the normal girls he has hooked aroung his arms.
And the same goes to Mahi. She knows Ishan better than anyone else...and everyone else knows how much Ishan changes his girlfriend so how could Mahi set her heart on such a player?
