Great move channel and creatives!!!

alright, having read all the latest interviews ... and karan almost stating everywhere about how everything is hunky dory, i would as a once restless viewer like to lay to rest all the speculation and the bad blood that had once been shared....

coming back to his timing on the show... i have a few doubts, and correct me if m wrong.... speculations of his entry began with the entry of Riddhima around the time which they clearly made way for Sid and her right from their first meeting-in the same week she was even made to clarify how Armaan had walked out on her...

later came a phase when, people obviously wanted Armaan back since Riddhima couldnt just be paired with anyone else... that was the first time around when the rumors of his re-entry made headlines with speculations though.... the creatives tried their best to make him a martyr by saying he himself walked away for her sake... when tht also didnt work, perhaps they did try to get in touch with him, and they started showing excessive body doubles.... this raised the expectation meters even more... the rumors grew, media, fans, all and sundry got down to getting info on when he would enter... and clearly there were signs of his re-entry....

just when we thought, riddhima would meet Armaan, everyone faced disappointment! thought with a body double, other props and the legendary asmani BGscore, they did manage to keep us glued- and then we get to know he may not come... dilly dally happened, the wedding happened-this time the news of his entry was marked for their post wedding... the wedding came, along with it came confirmations that he has started shooting-all were excited, and in the 11th hour they sed, things didnt work out! the wedding happened! they started the Sr love story... most people began to accept that Armaan was never to come back! some even went to the extent of saying he doesnt deserve to be a part of a show like this... and just when the number of Armaan threads were slowly on a downslide on the forum, the production house for the first time broke the news that he is returning.... !! but why now???? i think i know why.... most TV channels and shows face drastic dips with the onset of the IPL!!! and this time there were rumors also that said DMg might not survive the axe!!! what could they do... all of a sudden, they decided to pit the love for cricket against their love for DMG.. if IPL has Sachin Yuvraj to boast of DMG has its very apna Armaan!!! great move creatives and channel, i must say very well times and planned .. with this, your show will run for another 3 months atleast... but what i am afraid of now is... now that you have played your trump card what will you do if no one still watches the show beyond a point????

i do think its kinda interesting to see...Armaan was the trump card and im sure bringing him back had a lot to do with the ratings and the business aspect of thingsfor the network. armaan is bringing with him a good 3 months for the show but i wonder what will happen if after 3 or 4 months the if storyline doesnt improve

ofcourse Star one counts TRP's... and thats the only reason why they brought him back though they had issues with him! its better to make some money atleast, rather than losing all !!! as for cricket, IPL is like the most talked about event every year around this time..!!!

cos as far as i remember, even when he was around the TRP's never really were above 1! right now its his absence that has created all the euphoria, once it dies down, fir kya hoga kaliya?

I've been wondering myself, the reason for bringing Armaan now, and u might've pinned the right reason..

And you're right, the production house has played their final trump card, to save the show from going off air..

Now they really haven't got many options left to salvage their show, except for the one way which they've never followed.. A SENSIBLE script...

i agree wid u.........by bringing ksg they hav played their trump card.............bt the thing is wat will ksg do if the script is not good n the story goes in hawa....................this show ha sbecum a KSERIAL........... it is no more a youth based show acc. to me........... yes i m happy to c karan bak.after such long tim i m happy to c my ammy bak............but his cumbak can giv a few %rise in their trps.bt the script is the king.u c. if its nt good then nothing is gonna work.................

who cares abt IPL??..i watch DMG only for KSG...and will watch it till he's there..btw...nice post! AR FOREVER!
