I just don't get why they are doing this. It's like they are deliberately staying away from showing all of the old cases.

All stupid tactics to get attention and increase their TRP's. When the fans are disappointed, there will be more and more people watching next day to see if they show the old cases. But I don't understand why these mind games are being played.😡 We aren't stupid you know, and they are manipulating our anxiety level.😡 How can you jump from a 1997-98 case to a 2008 case? That's so irrational.😡

They dont want to show the gem of the episodes like missing bullet etc ... because they will save these episodes to be shown at a latter point when these new serials and others flop. CID is saving them for all these years. It will do so in the coming years. That's why they show the same episode 10 times. They very well know tha tpeople wont stop watching these episodes even though they were shown 10 times just in the anticipation we will get the ones we want. They changed the whole meaning of classic.

We can not do much but to pray that sony people stop fooling around and genuinely respect fans' interests. Ultimately, if we want , we can bring the TRPs down (which iam afraid is going to happen in future) and which i dont want at all to happen.

ya i too disappointed, i had test today even though i sat infront of tv for cid and my brother asked what you write in the test cid screenplay or answer, i told my family members that they were telecasting the old episodes, in the name of single classic cases i sat half a day infront of tv and i want to watch the daya's entry episode but again they telecast the episodes which we have saw many times.
