I had explained earlier that they are in relative points and are not the actual number of views.

Lets say we give a total weightage of just 100 points to Number of views and Rati Pandey gets the maximum totalling to 10000 views. Then we consider that as 100 and calculate other celebrities values based on that. So if Sukirti gets 2500 which would be 25% of what Rati got. So Rati points for views will be 100 and Sukirti's 25.

I hope this makes it clear.
