Yeah...That was my Question too but my Topic was Closed.....
Actually They haven't Yet Followed the rituals of Hindu-Wedding in which Wedding is Done by AgniSaakshi(That means Fire as a Witness is required) or they haven't even registered their marriage(I mean it hasn't been shown in the Show) So just putting blood as Sindoor on the Dulhan's Maang is the most ' Primitive Way ' of marrying a girl neither common/acceptable Nor practical for a Wedding for this Century.... But as far as Simmi-Abhi Fans they agree pretty much to Whatever they Do n Whatever is Shown on this Show😆 So the question of Practicality is itself 'Impractical 'in this Show🤔

IamIndian, thanks for the information; Bee5 wrote a detailed post on where this practice has derived of putting blood in the parting of the hair. Techically what happened between Simi and Abhi was not viewed as a marriage (I will try to find the link).

Don't let the CVs see this post - they might get ideas for separating SimBhi!

They didn't get married according to traditions but doing that doesn't make a marriage. They are married in the eyes of God, Ishwar, Bhagwan and thats all that matters. But, it would be nice to see them have a real shaadi according to rituals. 😊

from Bee's Post-
First and foremost, Simi & Abhi are not living in the times where Kings would go out on hunting trips and would find a beautiful girl singing in the forest or taking shower under a waterfall or a bath in the pond and get married to her by exchanging garlands and bring her to the palace as a Queen! Such marriages are called Gandharva Vivah. Those were the Kings times.

What Abhi and Simi did in matarani's temple is Gandharva Vivah and is not considered legal. Marriage is done to be accepted by society and hence needs at least 1 person other than the bride and the groom as a witness.

So, they need to marry in front of the society. There are different rituals in marriage and some that are must. Various communities differ in what they consider as the MUST have ones as the minimum requirement.

So, its not enough if Abhi & Simi consider married to each other. Abhi and Simi def need to go and do a proper marriage in front of the society.
I am not even sure we are going to get this in the next week.

Even if they get married to each other properly in front of society and also register their marriage, which a must too.
WAAh Bee5... Very Well Written.👍🏼.. I Too have writeen the same that Putting BLOOD on A Girl's maang is NOT AN Acceptable way to get married... it was the most Primitive way to marry.... It's diffrent if iKB Fans are OK with modern day 'Adam-Eve'......Simmi-Abhii🤣 who thought they're married and started living as Husband Wife
