You need to post all such queries on the helpdesk section!

As for the problem, I too faced it, and here is the soluiton:

1) Change your web browser or try using a different IP! It worked for me!
2) You cannot post comments simultaneously. A gap of 3 hours is required between two comments from same IP.
Hope it helped!
