Hi guys,

If you wanted to add new round (e.g regional round etc)in the challenge 2005 competition, what would that be???.

I WUD HAVE ADDED A ROUND WHERE CONTESTANTS SHUD SING IN ANY OTHER LANGUAGE OTHER THAN HINDI N THEIR MOTHER TONGUE.

I agree with you bang boy,if there was this round then HR would not have got chance to manipulate music when vinit sings and people would have easily realised who has the best voice.

Having regional round is also go idea. it would have helped contestants to excel in there performance in this round as singing in your own mother tongue is very comfortable right?.

any other guesses?

Singing with out music is a great idea.
They could also have tried Chord round. The original scale is altered and the singers have to sing to the new scale. Fun stuff.

I would suggest one complete 'Raaga' based classical round or a semiclassical film song judged by any big classical singer himself/herself.
Another intresting round can br core ghazals, which are really very difficult to perform live.

Another doodh ka doodh and paani ka paani type round can be to ask the singers sing the same song.

same song to be sung by all contestants.individually or together, like one sentence Himani and next by Nihira, next by somebody else.
