Probably they felt it was a marriage beur with a difference...as in new age. "Matchmaking service of the 21st century" where the actual getting along is important.

Client is a term used in place of "customer " I guess. 😊

'Rishta.com' is the name of the firm where they work. And as for the 'cases', I suppose it's adopting official vocabulary for official work. Because it is official, at least the way it has been depicted on the show. It's a business venture, after all. I'm sort of echoing the previous reply, but yes, it highlights a more professional, modern-day approach to match-making.
