Why is the show called Rishta.com?

When it has little to do with the internet or a website?
And why do they call clients "cases" like they're working in law office or doing social work?
I quite like the show, but these two things really bug me! 🤢

The firm's name is "RISHTA.COM"...

Probably they felt it was a marriage beur with a difference...as in new age. "Matchmaking service of the 21st century" where the actual getting along is important.

Client is a term used in place of "customer " I guess. 😊

'Rishta.com' is the name of the firm where they work. And as for the 'cases', I suppose it's adopting official vocabulary for official work. Because it is official, at least the way it has been depicted on the show. It's a business venture, after all. I'm sort of echoing the previous reply, but yes, it highlights a more professional, modern-day approach to match-making.

I actually LOVE the name, and that they refer to people as cases, not customers and all, because it shows how involved they are, kinda doctorish, that they care about their cases 😛

Well I think it's better to call them cases and not customers cuz each person's story (case) is different and it's not like they're selling a merchandise you know? At least that's how I look at it😆
