just now saw oN indian news channels that PRAVIN MAHAJAN who killed PRAMOD MAHAJAN - RAHULS FATHER has died coz of brain hammeorage in Thane area of Mumbai

he was in hospital since december 2009 coz of ill health.

Pravin Mahajan was outcasted from the family after he murdered his own brother, but still he is family..

Well, he killed rahul's father, so there's no need to postpone anything for him. However, this is certainly not a good omen given the timing... 😕

OMG, thats a shocker!! What an irony actually..!! I dont think he should be postponing his marriage for this reason. He killed RM's dad and rightly so, RM does not have anything to do with Pravin.

In a way, it seems rather auspicious for whoever gets selected dulhan - she is on the verge of her grihapravesh, and the killer of her would-have-been FIL dies. 😕😕😕

If Pravin was older than Pramod, there would have been a case for postponing the marriage, but if a father's younger bro dies, I doubt it's still mandatory, although most families would do it. But in this case, I agree w/ the above posters - there is no justification for postponing this.

Incidentally, did Pravin Mahajan have his own family - wife & kids, and does Rahul maintain relations w/ them? I'd guess that now, their attending his wedding, if the latter answer is yes, would be out of the question.

Incidentally, did they mention this in tonight's episode?
