A teacher accompanied a batch of students
going to an exhibition. There was a section
for target practice. One stranger came there.
He walked proudly to create the impression
that he was an expert. He took up position
ceremoniously and sent the first shot, which
missed the target by a wide margin. Those
who were there laughed in derision; and the
teacher had difficulty in checking laughter
from his students. But, the man declared
"This is just to show you what happens
when you are overconfident". Every one
laughed. His second shot missed the target
by even a wider margin. This tine the man
said " This is what happens when you have
an inferiority complex" All laughed. The
third which everybody thought would be
another joke, hit the center of the target.
There was applause and great admiration.
The man was no stranger. He was posing
only. He was the Guru of target practice.
He was combining instruction with fun.
