Why is Ishaan acting like an idiot in the precap?

I think my very first prediction (sadly) is coming true...I knew he would not stand up for Mahi...this is what it seems like from the precap

(oh well,,, he is only a jerk...at least he is not gay😆)

I want Mahi to go to the local paan shop and just down a couple of meetha paan's in her sorrow...cus im a paan addict 😆

actually I didnt find him acting idiotic😕.. he was just asking her if she was responsible for publishing that pic , right?? anyways he has never tried to be lovey-dovey (oh how can I forget the kiss(rolls eyes).
