Abhishek gifts 'memory' box to Farhan on National Bingo Night
Abhishek proved that he could be a good actor, a fabulous comedian and now with National Bingo Night, he also proved his prowess as a great host.
This week however, he took his skills as a host to a new level. He decided to present a very 'thoughtful' gift to his guest and friend Farhan Akhtar.
Farhan, who was on the sets of National Bingo Night along with Deepika Padukone to play a game of Bingo and to promote his upcoming film Karthik calling Karthik, was in for a surprise when AB's Baby came forward with a box for him.
"This box contained some very interesting little trinkets especially for Farhan Akhtar. The contents of the box were...laundry ka ek bill, ek aadhi padhi novel, ek chaandi ki ring...a King of diamonds playing card and new sunglasses! If you're wondering what all this meant...we suggest you try to recollect Farhan's hit song from his super hit blockbuster film - Rock on, where he sang about forgetting all these things!," says the source from the sets.
When Farhan gave Abhishek a bemused look after opening the interesting 'memory' box, AB Jr said, "Well, I wanted to make sure you never have to sing that song for forgetting all these things!" One hell of a sense of humour you have there Abhishek...we knew there was a clown hidden in you somewhere!
When contacted Farhan after the show he said, "It was fun to be with my friend Abhishek and we had a great time. I have watched the first episode of Bingo and I think Abhishek is a great host like his dad and Bingo is a good show with a different concept," says Farhan.
