Tumhari Disha Lyrics Question

I have a question...I was wondering if you saw the Tumhari Disha from today---it ends with disha locking inder and her sister in the room together on their wedding night---the very last scene has this beautiful sad song playing...with the lines "tanha tanha meri rooh mein toofan kyon aata hai..." I was hoping you might be able to tell me if that is an actual song or just lyrics that they've updated for the show itself--and if I could find the lyrics to the entire thing that they played on the show tonight.
