Hi,

Just wanted to comment on the fashion sense of the actors, and creatives in YPNHK. For once, I am happy and relieved to see people dress like in real life! 😃The women don't wear gaudy saris. They don't wear jewelry the size of cow bells, in all trypes of natural and unnatural colors! The men also dress believably. Abeer's clothes could be from any young man's wardrobe in India.

Only, Mrudula Mathur seems to wear slightly grand saris, but Leher is dressed in simple, beautiful, solid color salwars suits with matching dupatta. Chutki wears jeans and tops, and Bittan is also dressed nicely...

Thank you creatives for making your characters look like real, though slightly more better-dressed, people than some kind of mannequin parade we see in other shows! 👏

In most TV serials, women are dressed in all their finery even when a huge calamity hits them! Makes me go 😡

Totally agree with you. Love how the characters are dressed .. even the elders, like Sudha & Mridula. Nothing over the top .. all is simple and real. They themselves might feel so comfortable shooting .. as they are not overloaded with stuff! 😆

Totally agree with u Gayu.The way the characters are dressed in YPNHK are a refreshing change from the usual OTT covered from head to toe in jewellery and heavy make up brigade.

Agree with you. The way they dress and talk is so real. In most shows, women are dressed up as Christmas trees.

I completely agree with you. I love the creativness of this show. Their dress sense in simple and nice. That's one thing I love about this show. Simplicity!

I also REALLY really like the fact that Yami's hair has been left in its natural state 😃 Most female protagonists usually wear it dead straight which does look nice but it's always pretty obvious that its been straightened - here Yami's hair is layered and has that soft wave which looks far more realistic to me 😃 Also, when the men are wearing sweaters, the women aren't forced to stick out the cold in summer clothes 😆 Remember the cardigans Leher wears with her suits? 😍😆😆
