I've been called intractable ... but I could change ... and learn ... plus, I see what you mean about simplicity ... you seem to have mountains of experience at that sort of thing ... your response has the right degree of terseness, specificity, clarity ... and any other 'ity' you're able to dredge up (save 'witty') 😃
