Vijay the Forum Jump feature is not working even though its introduced !!! 😕

I get this error

And also the normal link is like

but when u put the same number in the Pg. no box it becomes

http://www.india-forums.com/forum_topics.asp?TID=1335467&TPN=7

So thats the error !!! Please rectify it !! It should be posts instead of topics

.hi Vijay, this change is wonderful but i wonder if something can be done regarding pop-up blocker. u see as soon as some one enters IF, with the first click for any links in the site, a pop up window crops up, it slows d machine too and is very disturbing, i hope something can be done with it too

Someone might have already reported it here but in case its not been done so, besides posting a new message, when you edit a post all the information gets displayed with the codes.

Will the issue resolve as well? [B][/B]

Forum codes will appear in case where you have "Unchecked" the option below the writing box where it says:

Enable Forum codes to format post. This needs to be checked to make it work.

This behaviour is by design.

The test phase of the HTMLSafe function has been successful and personally it was very satisfying seeing the results.

Its always a challenge offering the end user a Rich Text editor option where one can easily copy paste content from different places including the most dreaded HTML tags created by Microsoft Word 😊

And probably this is the main reason why most of the Forums in the world do not allow Rich Text Area.

But now its outputting XHTML compliant tags. There are more things that we would bring the next version once we upgrade the whole hardware infrastructure to further speed up the site.

I know many might not understand what all that is but those who have been in programming would understand how it feels once you see your codes running beautifully .. I have been thinking of working on this for sometime and finally got chance to complete it. 😊 and it was nice to see that I have not yet lost my programming touch.

There are a lot of interesting developments we are working on and one of them is the Gmail styled Chat for our members so that they do not have to go on any other site or use Instant Messengers to chat with their friends from India-Forums.
