Was watching a BBC program today where they were discussing a poll that Indian muslims are not only backward, but also discriminated by Hindus...
66% in the desi audience voted against this BS but it does make you wonder...
Should we take it upon ourselves to bear the burden of helping the muslim community and giving them priority to all the resources in the country (jobs, education, reservations etc.) like Manmohan singh said?
Or, should we help these assholes to move to pakistan? After all, they voted for the creation of that country...

I don't see why not. APJ Abdul Kalam, AR Rahman, Md. Rafi, Zakir Hussain have all made India proud. We can create more such people who are Muslim.

I don't see why expletives should be used while referring to Muslims. It is just their faith. They call God by a name different from what you do.
About the poll, maybe people think that because the well-know terrorist groups comprise of Muslims, all Muslims are bad. But in reality, more than Hindus, people in the US (and UK) hate Muslims after 9/11. That's why they have shown such a programmeon TV.
I had a bad experience because I have a Muslim friend and we had gone out together to an Indian restaurant in NY in 2003. Nothing in particular...we were a gang of 7-8 guys and girls and we decided to go to an Indian restaurant one Sunday morning. On the way to the restaurant, there was a beautiful lake (we didn't know that it supplied drinking water to NY city) This guy decided to shoot some videos of the lake and the scenery. Anyone - Hindu or Muslim might have done that if he had a camera with him. We then got into our cars (there were 2 cars). A cop came to my car and asked us why we were shooting videos. We said that it was not us, but the guy in the other car. The cop went to the other car and asked as to why they were shooting videos...and this guy said that he didn't shoot any video. The poor guy was caught for lying. The cop asked his name...and it turned out to be a Muslim name. He noted everything down and let us go. But for 15 days after that all of us were hounded by cops making enquiries at odd hours.
Now I don't think Indian Hindus treat Muslims in this manner.

Those who have too much hate should be sent to Timbaktu.
True Indians should be tolerant.
True Pakistanis too should be tolerant.
If religion causes partition then religion should be thrown out as it has no value.

sadly, people who hate ONE extreme of the side are seen to side with the other extreme, which is despicable.

Sometimes even nice people do get angry, it is only human. When Mumbai attacks happened many lost their relatives and friends and they got very angry. I do appreciate their sentiment and it takes time to cool down.

'Anger' is different from 'Hatred'. Hatred is something you keep having in your mind forever. Anger is more temporary and you might get angry even with the person you love the most and may stay angry for a week, a month or even a year before it cools down.
The people who lost their loved ones were 'angry' but they don't have to 'hate' all muslims in the world just because a dozen people attacked Mumbai and the main accused persons have Muslim names. In fact one of them has a Christian name.
What about the people detroying public property, burning buses etc in the name of bandhs over a dispute of creation of separate state in one of the big cities in India? Are they not as bad as 'terrorists'? Do we know their religion?
We should not hate the entire Muslim community because some of them are bad. There are several 'bad' Hindus too. But when Hindus do 'bad' things, they don't quote their religion. That's why the Hindus don't get labelled as 'terrorists'. But when these bunch of terrorists causes blasts, they quote a distorted version of their religion and that's why people are biased against all Muslims. I am sure no religion in the world would say that killing innocent people is right.

Yes all major religions encourage peace and harmony.
But when religion gets mixed with politics and greed, cracks start appearing and everything collapses. Often it is some myopic or lunatic religious leader who causes problems.

No the ones you are proposing to move to Pakistan did not vote for anything...........maybe their fathers/grandfathers did.............and in a democracy u do not pay for ur father's deed.........India belongs to everyone who was born there and is a citizen.......so u can move all the muslims to Pak in ur dreams😉..........and calling a whole community by a bad name...reflects on u and not the community........

Regarding reservations...........it should not be there in the first place.......the only reservation that should be there should be based on the economic status and not a religion or caste..
