I love watching contemporary dancing on bollywood songs esp. since I've started watching DID and seen Terrence's work. But I think we've seen too much of western stuff now and I'm kind of bored of contemporary and hip-hop/ locking popping and all that.
So I would really like to watch Indian stuff now such as bollywood and classical dance forms.
But in terms of my personal preference it is BOLLYWOOD ALL THE WAYYYY!!!! :D :D :D It's seriously the most FUNNN dance to perform, it requires SOOO many expressions, and you can be so creative with it since you can combine bhangra, hip-hop, contemporary, classical, etc. all kinds of dance moves in one performance. Plus the masti and fun aspect in bollywood dancing makes it so entertaining to watch and perform!! :D
My fav. dance performance of DID so far has been Kunwar and Kruti's nain lad jaibe act. It was AWESOME and soo creative!! With the perfect combination of salsa and bollywood. I would like to see such acts where maybe western and Indian is combined in a really creative and entertaining way.
Out of the solos I've loved Binny's o re piya, Parvez's amitabh act, Kruti's albela classical perforamance and her draupadi classical act the MOST!! I want to see more of these types of performances. đđź
