Legal Complications in Sid saving Ridzz

Im not aware of detailed law in India, but what i have seen so far in movies and shows ..this is my take on legal complications in Sid saving ridz.

I think doctors need to get the patient or a gaurdian sign a form before they can act on saving life of a patient .
I was studying law(canadian) and here i came across an interesting fact

There is something called Battery , according to which - medical practitioners are sometimes sued for trespas to person because they failed to obtain proper consent before a medical procedure. Even when the procedure is beneficial and the motive is to help, people have the right to decide what happens to their bodies, a doctor cannot proceed without approval .
Such consent can be implied where conditions are life threatening and the patient is unable to give instructions to the doctor and no gaurdian is available. But no consent can be implied where there is a clear refusal from the victim. ridz herself wanted to die so no consent from her side for sure 😆

If they were in US or canada, ridz had the chances to sue Sid. 😉

Oh and i think this implies in India as well coz in shows they show that doctors cant operate on a person without a consent.

And here sid shud have waited for gupta's to gather ..

Oh and also its a police case anwyays for suicide 😆

Gupta's need some family members in law enforcement as well 😉

but you're right...lol at least in Canada...you are quite restrained of what you can and can't do....
