I am appalled that the creatives are showing a well-educated.affluent,smart,beautiful girl like Dr Riddhima Gupta contemplating suicide....it is a very poor example for our youth who go through far greater problems than a partner deserting them. Doctors are meant to be healers and are generally sensible people....On the one hand Ridz agreed to marry Sid (herself!!!) and wants to give some happiness to her parents and on the other, she will be giving a lifetime of grief to those who love her the most incl. Armaan by killing herself. Is that how quickly people give up on life? That is really selfish.
I hope the Creatives are reading this and realise that with their insensitive script, they are portraying Ridz as a weak, improper role model for young people. If someone who has everything can go down this path, then can you imagine the fate of people who are going through things far worse.
I urge the CVs to immediately change this theme in DMG and show that young people are strong,resilient and able to overcome any difficulties with the help of their loved ones and will power!
