And, if Harry dies then Volsy HAS to die with him, 'cuz that won't be fair.. If JKR does this, she'll definitely be disliked by many HP fans..

Yes, horcruxes are important.. But, why would Voldy want to keep a horcrux that is a threat to him, that wants to kill him?? He probably doesn't even realize that Harry is his horcrux or he probably thinks that since he has other 5 horcruxes left, it won't matter if he kills of the sixth one (seeing the seventh one is Voldy himself)... So, it really wouldnt matter to Voldy..
